Dear
Rev.
Pevlor,
Glory to
God for
making
this day
a
testimony
in my
life,
the
ministry,
and in
my
family.
The
dedication
service
was a
real
blessing
especially
that you
were
very
audible
on the
phone as
though
you were
right
inside
of the
church.
Your
English
was very
simple
to a
point
that the
least
person
heard
and
understood
you this
afternoon.
I
appreciate
you for
the
prayers
for my
son J.B.
Gombay,
and for
the new
edifice,
indeed
J.B’s
first
day in
church
today
was a
blessing.
I had
wanted
to
e-mail
all of
the
photos
especially
our
family
photo
but the
camera
man
could
not get
that
done on
today
except
during
the
week. So
I hope
to send
it
soonest
by the
grace of
God. But
I have
attached
few
photo’
of
today’s
dedication
service
with the
cell
phone in
my hand
connect
to the
microphone.

Rev.
Pevlor I
hereby
extend a
big, big
thank
you to
you,
your
faithful
wife,
and to
all
those
who are
making
the
vision
of
Christ
to
prosper
on this
side of
the
world in
Jesus
name.
The
amount
received
yesterday
was:
$1370.00
USD
$700.00
USD for
the
Refuge
home.
$670.00
USD for
any
other
use.
How was
the
$700.00
USD
Spent?
This
money
arrived
at the
time
when the
children
had
exhausted
the last
bag for
the week
and were
in
desperate
need of
food and
food
items.
That
very
Saturday
the
Matron
(Care
Taker)
had just
called
me up on
phone
that
they
children
needed
food.
When I
received
your
call
that
afternoon
I was
teaching
one of
the
sessions
of
Victorious
Faith
School
of
Ministry,
I
hurriedly
ran off
to town
to
collect
the
money at
Western
Union
and the
miracle
was
welcomed
by
serious
dancing,
and
prayer
of
thanksgiving
hailing
the
greatness
of God
and
appreciating
you, and
all
those
that the
Lord is
using to
be a
blessing
to us.
Is been
over
three
months I
have
been
buying
rice per
cup for
my house
because
I don’t
want to
play
around
the
little
you help
us with
for the
maintenance
of the
Refuge
home.
Expenditure:
5
bags
of
rice:
$35
x
5=175
1
tin
of
oil:
$28.00
1
bag
of
bulgur
wheat:
$25.00
1
tin
of
milk
:
$12.00
1
bag
of
beans:
$40.00
1
bag
of
sugar:
$50.00
2
bags
of
fire
coal:
$12.00
4

Spoons:

Shower

Cart.
Bath

4
doz.
Underwear’s
for
girls:
$62.00
Tithe:
$70.00
Grand
Total:
$699.99
USD
I
deliberately
spent
the
money
this way
so as to
give me
some
breathing
space
for
expenditure
at least
for
three
weeks.
The
money
you sent
will
also be
added to
the
little I
have
been
able to
raise to
get the
children
back to
School
latest
Monday.
The
government
has
announced
that all
Schools
close in
June
next
month
which is
quite
unusual.
So we
are to
commence
exams in
two
weeks
from
now. My
greatest
plight
had been
the kids
from
outside
of the
home
from the
communities.
But
thank
God all
is going
to be
well
tomorrow
by the
grace of
God.
I also
got few
things
for my
wife and
kids
which
made
them
happy.
In fact
we
served
juice
and
bread to
all the
children
of the
Refuge
home
today
after
service
for them
to
celebrate
with
Jonathan
Bill
Gombay.
Rev.
Pevlor,
regarding
the land
issue I
attempted
sharing
with you
yesterday.
The
Commissioner
and the
township
voluntarily
gave 20
acres of
land (80
plots)
to the
church
for the
sake of
development.
We have
gone
through
all the
formalities
with the
Township
Elders,
and
youths.
The
certificate
of the
agreement
(ownership)
was
brought
to my
office a
month
ago by
the
Commissioner
and one
Elder of
the
Township.
Now
whenever
one
receives
the
certificate,
you are
now free
to do
your
land
survey
so that
you can
process
the
Deed,
probate
it, and
file a
copy at
the
National
archive.
If this
is not
done,
any body
can
claim
the land
at any
time or
the
Township
might
change
their
mind.
The
prayer
point
now is
for the
Lord to
provide
the
funds
for me
to carry
out this
survey.
I
contacted
a
surveyor
and the
standard
charge
per plot
is
$175.00
USD
especially
that
area in
concern
is a
very
thick
bush. 4
plots
make an
acre so
we have
20 acres
which is
80 plots
of land.
The
money is
exorbitant
but I
found a
born
again
Christian
licensed
surveyor
who has
vowed to
help
with a
minimal
cost of
$1,500.00
USD and
process
all the
Deeds,
probate
them and
file the
documents
all
included
in that
cost
because
he will
have to
buy the
revenue
stamp
etc.
Rev.
Pevlor,
this
land is
an
expensive
miracle
that is
not
common
in
Africa
especially
Liberia.
My
intent
is to
establish
a
Victorious
Faith
Mission
School
on 2
plots of
land
that
will
contain
a Borden
home for
other
kids
from
around
the
country
to send
their
children
to
School.
2 plots
will
also be
used to
erect 15
bed room
and a
Staff
Quarters
for the
Victorious
Faith
Refuge
home.
The
children
will be
relocated
to this
new home
with a
unique
environment
for
education,
and
proper
upbringing.
1 plot
will be
used to
erect a
branch
of the
Victorious
Faith
ministry
at
Bensenville.
The
remaining
15 acres
I decide
to
invest
in
agriculture.
10 acres
for rice
farming
and 5
acres
for
mixed
vegetable
farming.
Proceeds
from
this
farm
will be
used to
sustain
the
Refuge
home and
I also
intend
to sell
bags of
rice to
other
Orphanage
homes at
a
cheaper
rate
instead
of
$35.00
USD I
will
sell it
20.00
USD
which is
also a
poverty
reduction
strategy.
The
vegetables
will
also be
sold and
supplied
to NGO’
in the
country
and to
Orphanage
homes
across
the
country.
This is
own way
of
easing
the
burden
of food
supply
to
Orphanage
homes.
The farm
will
create
job
opportunity
for
members
of the
church,
it will
also
create a
huge
financial
avenue
for the
ministry.
We don’t
have
much
problem
with
putting
up the
structures
because,
we will
use the
mud on
the land
to mold
mud
bricks
which
are very
solid,
we will
not buy
timber
because
we will
only
need our
own
sawing
machine
to saw
the size
of
planks
or wood
that we
need
from the
trees on
the
land.
Another
thing is
that if
I have
the
sawing
machine
now, we
would
have
started
burning
fire
coal in
huge
quantities
bringing
them
over to
Monrovia
for sale
and for
the use
of the
Orphanage.
Imaging
a bag of
fire
coal is
$6.00 in
the
rains.
We have
enough
trees on
the land
because
the
place is
a forest
that
have
never
been
inhabited
or
cultivated
before.
These
are my
ideas by
the
grace of
God. And
I really
want us
to pray
about it
because
the
Commissioner
wrote me
last
week
informing
me of
the
urgency
of the
Survey
in my
own
interest.
I have
gone on
the land
and in
fact I
was told
that
there is
gold
also on
the
land.
Again
Rev.
Pevlor,
the Lord
is
readily
fulfilling
His word
of
prophesy
for the
work in
Liberia/
Africa
through
the
Victorious
Faith
Ministry.
We will
commit
it into
His holy
hands
and then
face the
challenge
in the
name of
the
Lord.
Thanks
very
much and
God
bless
you, the
family,
the
ministry,
and all
those
who are
sowing
deeply
into the
work of
God,
reviving
the hope
of the
children
at the
Victorious
faith
Refuge
home.
Hope to
hear
from you
by the
grace of
GOD.
Pastor
Andrew.
