Matilda came to the Victorious Faith Refuge Home in 2005 from the West Point Community of Monrovia. After the father abandoned Matilda and her mother, Matilda would spend her days on the street. Since her mother was too poor to care for her, she brought her to the refuge home. Matilda loves to sing and is the worship leader for the children. She has smaller siblings that are still with her mother.
